Ingredients:
200 g (7 oz) blueberries
250 g (1 cup) natural yoghurt
250 ml (1 cup) milk
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1-2 teaspoons honey, to taste
Method:
Blend the blueberries, yoghurt, milk, wheat germ and honey in a blender until smooth. Make 2 medium glasses.
Note: Frozen blueberries are great for this recipe. There is no need to thaw them.
