Honeydew melon and passion fruit

Lacking passion with your honey? Just prepare, serve and look out.

Ingredients:
1 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and chopped
6 passion fruit, halved (see Note)
ice cubes, to serve

Method:
Juice the honeydew through a juice extractor. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp and stir through the juice. Chill well. Stir well to combine and serve in a jug with lots of ice. Make 2 medium glasses.

Note: You will need 120 g (4 ½ oz) passion fruit pulp. If the passion fruit are not particularly juicy, you may need to add some canned passion fruit pulp.
