Watermelon and kiwi cooler

Even endless summers drift to a close – help them linger with this long, slow cooler.

Ingredients:
1.2 kg (6 cups) chopped watermelon
6 kiwifruits, peeled
ice cubes, to serve

Method:
Juice the watermelon and kiwifruit through a juice extractor. Stir to combine and serve over ice. Make 2 medium glasses.
