Regulator

One of these once a week will keep you as regular as clockwork.
Ingredients:
125 g (4 ½ oz) pitted prunes
500 ml (2 cups) cold water
honey, to taste, optional
ice cubes, to serve

Method:
Blend the prunes with cold water in a blender until smooth. Stir through the honey, if desired. Strain and serve over ice. Make 2 small glasses.
