Carob peanut smoothie


Don’t throw away black, spotted bananas – their lush ripeness is the highlight of this smoothie.
Ingredients:
400 ml (14 fl oz) carob- or chocolate-flavored soy milk
2 very ripe bananas, chopped
150 g (5 ½ oz) silken tofu
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Method:
Blend the soy milk, banana, tofu, honey and peanut butter in a blender until smooth. Make 2 medium glasses.
