Ingredients:
300 g (10 ½ oz) frozen raspberries
juice of 1 lime
½ rockmelon (cantaloupe), peeled, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon honey
Method:
Blend the frozen raspberries with the lime juice in a blender in short bursts until starting to break up. Add the rockmelon and honey and blend until smooth. Make 2 medium glasses.
