Ingredients:
½ mango, peeled, stone removed and chopped
60 g (¼ cup) vanilla soy yoghurt
500 ml (2 cups) fat-free soy milk
2 tablespoons oat bran
2 tablespoons honey
Method:
Blend the mango, yoghurt, soy milk, oat bran and honey in a blender until smooth. Serve with spoons. Make 4 small glasses.
