Ingredients:
150 g (5 ½ oz) raspberries
6 Granny Smith apples, stalks removed
ice cubes, to serve
mint sprigs, to garnish
Method:
Juice the raspberries and apples through a juice extractor. Pour into a jug and chill. Stir to combine and serve over ice, garnished with mint sprigs. Make 2 medium glasses.
