Honeydew, pineapple and mint juice

Gorgeously green with a minty zing, this drink captures a fresh spring morning in a glass.

Ingredients:
1 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 small pineapple, peeled and chopped
10 g (½ cup) mint leaves

Method:
Juice the honeydew, pineapple and mint through a juice extractor. Stir to combine. Make 2 large glasses.
