Sports shake

If the muddy field is not your game, chill out on the sidelines with a thermos full of this.
Ingredients:
500 ml (2 cups) milk, chilled
2 tablespoons honey
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 medium banana, sliced

Method:
Blend the milk, honey, eggs, vanilla, wheat germ and banana in a blender until smooth. Chill well and serve. Make 2 large glasses.
