A smooth sweet treat that’s berry berry nice.
150 g (5 ½ oz) strawberries, hulled
60 g (2 ¼ oz) raspberries
200 g (7 oz) boysenberries
250 ml (1 cup) milk
200 g (7 oz) boysenberries
250 ml (1 cup) milk
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method:
Place the strawberries, raspberries, boysenberries, milk and ice cream in a blender until smooth. Chill. Pour into glasses and serve. Make 4 large glasses.
