Ingredients:
750 ml (3 cups) soy milk
125 g (4 ½ oz) silken tofu
4 very ripe bananas, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon natural vanilla extract (essence)
1 tablespoon carob powder
Method:
Blend the soy milk, tofu, banana, honey, vanilla and carob powder in a blender until smooth. Serve with long spoon. Make 4 medium glasses.
