Ingredients:
2 bananas, chopped
100 g (3 ½ oz) frozen blueberries
1 red apple, cored and chopped
300 ml (10 ½ fl oz) apple juice
2 ice cubes
Method:
Blend the banana, blueberries, apple, apple juice and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Make 4 small glasses.
