Avocado smoothie

The avocado, master of disguise, is a fruit that packs a protein punch.
Ingredients:
1 small avocado, peeled, stone removed
500 ml (2 cups) milk
3 teaspoons honey
½ teaspoon natural vanilla extract (essence)

Method:
Blend the avocado, milk, honey and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Make 2 medium glasses.
