Ingredients:
2 peaches
3 oranges, peeled
250 g (9 oz) strawberries, hulled
300 g (10 ½ oz) red seedless grapes

300 g (10 ½ oz) red seedless grapes
Method:
Cut a cross in the base of the peaches. Put them in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave for 1-2 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon and plunge into cold water. Remove the skin and stones, and chop the flesh. Juice the oranges, strawberries, grapes and peaches through a juice extractor. Stir to combine and serve with long spoons. Make 2 medium glasses.
