Ingredients:
8 peaches, stones removed
1 small pineapple, peeled and chopped
10 g (½ cup) mint leaves
2 cm piece ginger

2 cm piece ginger
Method:
Juice the peaches, pineapple, mint and ginger through a juice extractor. Stir to combine. Make 2 large glasses.
