3 dried peach halves
2 tablespoons low-fat peach yoghurt
400 ml (14 fl oz) skim milk
1 tablespoon malted milk powder
1 tablespoon ground almonds
ground cinnamon, to serve
Put the pears, peaches and 125 ml (½ cup) boiling water into a heatproof bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes, or until the fruit is plump and juicy. Drain the fruit, reserving the soaking liquid, and allow to cool. Chop the fruit and blend with the soaking liquid, egg, yoghurt, milk, malted milk powder and ground almonds in a blender until thick and smooth. Serve sprinkled with a little cinnamon. Make 2 medium glasses.
