Apricot and bran breakfast

Save a glass for your bath and soak your way to silky skin.
100 g (3 ½ oz) dried apricots
1 tablespoon oat bran
60 g (¼ cup) apricot yoghurt
600 ml (21 fl oz) milk
1 tablespoon honey

Soak the dried apricots in boiling water until they are plump and rehydrated, then drain. Blend the apricots, bran, yoghurt, milk and honey in a blender until thick and smooth. Make 2 large glasses.
