The power of caramel and malt to make some of us go week at the knees should never be underestimated.
2 bananas, chopped
500 ml (2 cups) milk
2 scoops ice cream
1 ½ tablespoons caramel sauce
1 tablespoon malted milk powder
pinch ground cinnamon
Blend the banana, milk, ice cream, caramel sauce, malted milk powder and cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Make 2 large glasses.
