Indulge a passion for bananas with this filling thick-shake.
3 passion fruit, halved
1 large banana, chopped
60 g (¼ cup) low-fat natural yoghurt
250 ml (1 cup) skim milk
Scoop out the passion fruit pulp and blend with the banana, yoghurt and milk in a blender in short bursts until smooth and the seeds are finely chopped. (Add more milk if it is too thick.) Don’t blend for too long or it will become very bubbly and increase in volume. Make 2 small glasses.
