Berry cheesecake slushy


It’s creamy, it’s cold and it’s berry good.
Ingredients:
300 g (10 ½ oz) frozen blueberries
150 g (5 ½ oz) raspberries
200 g (7 oz) vanilla yoghurt
250 ml (1 cup) milk
1 tablespoon wheat germ

Method:
Blend the frozen blueberries in a blender in short bursts until starting to break up. Add the raspberries, yoghurt, milk and wheat germ and blend until smooth. Make 2 large glasses.
