Peanut choc power smoothie

Strong, smooth and powerful – a real super hero!
Ingredients:
500 ml (2 cups) chocolate-flavoured soy milk
125 g (4 ½ oz) silken, tofu
60 g (¼ cup) peanut butter
2 bananas, chopped
2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
8 large ice cubes

Method:
Blend the soy milk, tofu, peanut butter, banana, chocolate sauce and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Make 4 small glasses.
