Melon freezie

Cool down on a sultry afternoon with a long, deep sip of this frosty freshener.
Ingredients:
1/3 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and chopped
½ small rockmelon (cantaloupe), peeled, seeded and chopped
500 ml (2 cups) orange juice
12 ice cubes

Method:
Blend the honeydew and rockmelon in a blender for 1 minute, or until smooth. Add the ice cubes and orange juice and blend for a further 30 seconds. Transfer to a large shallow plastic dish and freeze for 3 hours. Return to the blender and blend quickly until smooth. Serve with straws and long spoons. Make 4 medium glasses.

Note: Roughly break up the ice cubes first by placing them in a clean tea towel and hitting on a hard surface.
