Fresh date and pear soy shake

No corny jokes about soy good for you – one mouthful and you know it’s true.
Ingredients:
400 ml (14 fl oz) creamy soy milk
4 fresh dates, pitted and chopped
2 small pears, cored and chopped

Method:
Blend the soy milk, dates and pears in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Make 2 medium glasses.
