2 bananas, chopped
2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
5 g (¼ cup) mint leaves
250 ml (1 cup) milk or coconut milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method:
Blend the banana, kiwifruit, mint, milk and ice cream in a blender until smooth. Make 2 medium glasses.
