Banana and berry vanilla smoothie

Let this mineral-rich smoothie work its magic on any wayward moods or blood sugar levels.
Ingredients:
2 bananas, chopped
200 g (7 oz) mixed berries
3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla fromage frais or whipped yoghurt
500 ml (2 cups) skim milk
1 tablespoon oat bran

Method:
Blend the banana, berries, fromage frais or yoghurt, milk and oat bran in a blender for 2 minutes, or until thick and creamy. Make 2 medium glasses.

Note: The smoothie will be thicker if you use frozen berries. You may need to add an extra 125 ml (½ cup) skim milk to thin it down.
