Strawberry lassi

Ascend to berry yoghurt heaven with a clear conscience.
Ingredients:
250 g (9 oz) strawberries, hulled
300 g (10 ½ oz) strawberry soy yoghurt
2 tablespoons honey
4 ice cubes

Method:
Blend the strawberries, yoghurt, honey, ice cubes and 2 ½ tablespoons water in a blender until smooth. Make 2 small glasses.
