Custard apple smoothie

Use a light floral honey so you don’t overwhelm the delicate flavour of the custard apple.
Ingredients:
2 custard apples, peeled and seeded
500 ml (2 cups) milk
2 teaspoons honey
1 ½ teaspoons natural vanilla extract (essence)
1 teaspoon rosewater
ice cubes, to serve

Method:
Blend the custard apples, milk, honey, vanilla and rosewater in a blender until smooth. Serve over ice. Make 2 large glasses.
