375 ml (1 ½ cups) almond milk
400 g (2 cups) cherries, pitted
¼ teaspoon natural vanilla extract (essence)
pinch ground cinnamon
4 large ice cubes
Blend the almond milk, cherries, vanilla, cinnamon and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Make 2 large glasses.
Note: If you like a strong almond or marzipan flavour, add a dash of almond extract (essence) to the blender.
