Raspberry, pear and grape juice

Like a ruby red stiletto, this is a sharp and sophisticated drop.

Ingredients:
250 g (9 oz) raspberries
4 pears, stalks removed
500 g (1 lb 2 oz) green grapes
ice cubes, to serve

Method:
Juice the raspberries, pears and grapes through a juice extractor. Stir to combine and serve over ice. Make 2 large glasses.
