Passion fruit breakfast shake

Start the day in a relaxed way with this vitamin B-rich shake.
150 g (5 ½ oz) passion fruit and other mixed fruit (mango, banana, peaches, strawberries, blueberries)
60 g (¼ cup) vanilla yoghurt
250 ml (1 cup) milk
2 teaspoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
1 egg, optional
1 tablespoon malted milk powder

Blend the fruit, yoghurt, milk, wheat germ, honey, egg and malted milk powder in a blender for 30-60 seconds or until well combined. Make 2 medium glasses.
