Mango and coconut shake

When the island breeze is calling but work has you stalling, take an instant holiday with this tropical shake.
400 g (14 oz) fresh mango flesh
125 ml (½ cup) lime juice
125 ml (½ cup) coconut milk
2 teaspoons honey
3 teaspoons finely chopped mint
12 large ice cubes

Blend the mango, lime juice, coconut milk, honey, mint and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Chill well. Stir to combine. Make 2 medium glasses.
