Minted apple orchard

Make this in the mellow months of autumn, when the orchards are heavy with sun-ripened fruit.

Ingredients:
6 apples, stalks removed
3 pears, stalks removed
20 g (1 cup) mint leaves

Method:
Juice the apples, pears and mint through a juice extractor. Stir to combine. Make 2 large glasses.
